NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support intends a sole-source procurement to G M S International Corp for Foreign Military Sales repair of 26 units of NSN 7R-6625-014488863, item UNIT, BUS ADAPTER, under FAR Part 13. G M S International is the OEM and only known source, and the Government does not own or have rights to the data needed to purchase from additional sources; no drawings/data are available. Other capable firms may express interest or submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, but non-approved manufacturers must submit a Source Approval Request, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The notice is not a request for competitive proposals, though information received will normally be used to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement; this is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Electronic procedures will be used and the RFQ/solicitation will be posted to NECO, with interested organizations able to submit capabilities and qualifications by email to brian.c.furness.civ@us.navy.mil.
