NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source, 5-year Blanket Ordering Agreement to GE Aviation Systems LLC for V-22 platform repair parts, as they are the OEM and only known source. The government does not own the technical data needed to purchase from other suppliers. While this is a notice of intent and not a formal competitive request, interested parties have 15 days from the notice to identify their capability to provide a commercial solution. The RFP is expected to be issued approximately on February 25, 2026. All proposals received within 45 days of the synopsis publication will be considered.
