This requirement is for repair/overhaul of a Printed Circuit Board, P/N 8581299-1, NSN 5998-01-709-1191, in accordance with the latest BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration drawings and specifications. The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and testing, and repairs must be performed at the specified repair source/location identified as BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, 450 Pulaski Road, NY 11740-1606. Performance is governed by a Repair Turnaround Time measured from asset return to Government acceptance, monthly throughput constraints, and an induction expiration date 365 days after contract award. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality, calibration, and configuration management systems and comply with MIL-STD-130 markings and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. BER, missing-on-induction, over-and-above repair, and cannibalization requirements require DCMA/PCO coordination or approvals.
