The requirement is for repair of specified items, with delivery measured by Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility to Government acceptance. The contractor must report receipts accurately in the Commercial Asset Visibility system by the fifth regular business day and obtain final inspection and acceptance within the RTAT established in the subsequent contract. The contractor must also provide an RTAT in days after asset receipt and a throughput constraint for each NSN, with monthly repair volume after initial delivery. A reconciliation modification will follow final inspection and acceptance, with unit prices based on the negotiated RTAT and consideration assessed if RTAT is not met. Induction expires 365 days after contract award; assets received later are not authorized for repair without bilateral agreement with the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer, and applicable clauses cover Wide Area Workflow payment, quality/inspection, and safeguarding sensitive conventional arms, ammunition, and explosives.
