This is a repair contract for DISPLAY UNIT items (NSN 7RH 7025 016598244 P8, P/N 1072288P-3) to be returned to Ready for Issue condition per BAE Systems drawings, with required markings per MIL-STD-130. Performance will take place at BAE Systems’ facility, 450 Pulaski Road, Greenlawn, NY 11740-1606 (Cage 80249). Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is measured from physical receipt at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, with a specific RTAT and monthly throughput constraint to be defined; asset induction must occur within 365 days after contract award, after which repairs require bilateral agreement with the Contracting Officer. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, tooling, and testing, and must maintain quality systems compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and a calibration system per ANSI/NCSL Z540.3. Beyond Economical Repair (BER) applies when repair costs exceed 75% of the replacement price, with DCMA concurrence and PCO disposition required.
