Offerors must verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding and submit unit price, total price, procurement turnaround time, awardee Cage, inspection/acceptance Cage if different, and delivery vehicle if applicable. Government source inspection is required, and all freight is FOB Origin. Accelerated delivery before the scheduled delivery date(s) is encouraged and accepted. If the offeror is not the manufacturer, it must provide an OEM letter or official email confirming it is an authorized distributor.
