This is a commercial item procurement for the P8 aircraft. The contract includes fixed-price inspection and acceptance terms, higher-level quality requirements, and payment through Wide Area Workflow. The contractor must notify the government of any proposed engineering changes affecting interchangeability, performance, safety, reliability, or FAA certification, with supporting change documentation. All contractual documents will be considered issued electronically upon government acceptance of the proposal. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted.
