This solicitation is for the purchase of a commercial item to support the P8 aircraft. Quotes must be submitted via email to the designated contract specialist. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted. The contract includes an addendum requiring contractor notification of any proposed engineering changes affecting interchangeability, performance, safety, or FAA certification, along with supporting documentation. All contractual documents will be considered issued when sent via mail, fax, or other electronic methods.
