The contractor is responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling, and quality compliance, including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration, configuration management, markings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging; MIL-W-81381 wire is prohibited and SAE-AS22759 wire must be used where applicable. Required repair turnaround time is 7 days after receipt of asset, induction expires 365 days after contract award, and warranty coverage is 12 months with defect discovery notice within 60 days. The contractor must propose a throughput constraint per NSN, and BER, missing-on-induction SRA, or over-and-above repair situations require DCMA/PCO coordination and are generally not included in contract price until authorized. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted/preferred, and unless expressly provided as Government Furnished Property, all repair equipment and materials are the contractor's responsibility.
