This requirement is for 35 units of a flight-critical item that requires Government source approval prior to contract award. Only sources already approved by the Government are normally solicited, and new source approval cannot be delayed for this award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit all required technical data per the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with your offer. Offers that fail to provide the required source approval data will not be considered. The requirement is subject to FOB origin delivery, and award may proceed based on fleet support needs even if source approval isn't processed in time.
