Government source approval is required prior to award; non-approved sources must submit NAVSUP WSS source-approval information with their proposal, and offers missing required data will not be considered. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent calibration systems, comply with configuration management, and use MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD 2073 packaging. BER, MOI, and OAR repair conditions require DCMA written concurrence and PCO/inventory-manager disposition before proceeding; a 12-month non-complex supplies warranty applies, and early/incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
