The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 37 days after receipt of the asset, with an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award. Performance will be at the contractor's facility, with the repair source identified as Avionic Instruments Inc., 1414 Randolph Avenue, Avenel, NJ 07001-2402. The contractor is responsible for providing all parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment, and must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 compliant quality system, with MIL-STD-130 markings and MIL-STD-2073 packaging required. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
