The contractor must repair/upgrade Display Unit P/N 4222AS0158-01 / NSN 7025-01-691-5295 to Ready for Issue condition, supplying facilities, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling in accordance with OEM repair specifications. The specified repair source/location is Cubic Defense Applications Inc., 9233 Balboa Ave., San Diego, CA 92123-1513, and inspection will be accomplished on the contractor’s equipment. Offerors not already approved must obtain Government Source Approval prior to award and submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure information with their proposal; proposals must remain valid for at least 120 days following submission. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and calibration systems, provide a 12-month warranty or 60 days after discovery of defect, and comply with MIL-STD-2073 packaging.
