This is a sole-source procurement for 9 EA of an item, with delivery FOB Origin. The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one, and Government Source Approval is required prior to award. The acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements and the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement.
