NAVSUP WSS requires repair/overhaul of an electromechanical actuator, NIIN 016016127, quantity 09, per Whippany Actuation drawing R6200M3-13 and related specifications to return units to Ready for Issue condition. This is a sole source requirement because the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with another source, and Government Source Approval is required prior to award. Non-approved sources must provide the information detailed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure; incomplete source approval packages will not be considered. The specified repair source/location is Boeing Distribution Services, 2750 Regent Blvd, DFW Airport, TX 75261. The contractor must supply all parts/materials, maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality and calibration systems, and comply with MIL-STD-130 markings, configuration management, storage, and warranty requirements of 12 months with defect discovery within 60 days.

This is a sole-source procurement for 9 EA of an item, with delivery FOB Origin. The Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract with any source other than the current one, and Government Source Approval is required prior to award.
