This is a sole source procurement for 6 units of NSN 1R-5995-016913821-BL, with delivery on an FOB origin basis. The government does not possess sufficient data to contract with any source other than the current one. The items are subject to Free Trade Agreements and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, and require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit all data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with your proposal, or your offer will not be considered.
