This contract requires the repair and overhaul of an Actuator Assembly (NSN 1680-01-550-3369) to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition, with the contractor supplying all necessary parts, materials, and tooling. Repairs must be performed at the facility identified in the Statement of Work: Triumph Actuation Systems - Yakima, LLC, in Yakima, Washington. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 365 days after asset receipt, and the induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award. The contractor must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system and comply with extensive quality, marking, and configuration management requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer are eligible for consideration, and no budget amounts are specified.
