This is a Navy firm-fixed-price repair requirement for assets ordered under an existing basic ordering agreement. The required repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 110 days after receipt of the asset, measured from physical receipt to government acceptance. The contractor must propose a monthly throughput constraint for each NSN, and all assets must be inducted within 365 days after contract award. Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. The contract includes standard government provisions such as a 12-month warranty, inspection and acceptance, quality requirements, and Buy American clauses.
