This opportunity is for the repair, overhaul, and testing of a fluid cooler (NSN 1680 016211299) to return it to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. The work must be performed at the contractor’s facility, with the specified location being Irvine, CA. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, parts, and tooling, and must comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality standards. Items determined to be Beyond Economical Repair (BER) or requiring Over and Above Repair (OAR) are not included in the contract price and require Government approval before proceeding.
