This is a sole-source solicitation for two flight-critical spares or repair items, open only to government-approved sources. The delivery terms are FOB Origin. If a company is not an approved source, it must submit a comprehensive source approval request with its proposal, using the specified NAVSUP WSS brochures. Proposals that do not include the complete source approval data will not be considered. The government may proceed with an award to an existing source if a new source's approval process cannot be completed in time to meet operational needs.
