This is a synopsis for the repair of six INTER REGULATOR units. The Government intends to solicit only one source, Meggitt North Hollywood Inc., under an exception to full and open competition. While this is not a request for competitive proposals, the Government will consider capability statements or proposals received within 5 days after the publication of this synopsis. Source Approval is required, and award will not be delayed pending the approval of a new source. The work involves providing all labor, materials, and facilities necessary to repair and/or modify the specified items.
