The contractor must maintain a Repair Quality Plan, control purchased materials, perform receiving inspection, manage nonconforming material, and keep detailed inspection, repair, and historical records for Government review. IRB authority is delegated for minor nonconformances, scrap, or rework, while MRB authority for “AS-IS” dispositions remains with the Government. The Government may randomly sample repaired CLINs for performance, environmental, and quality conformance testing, with shipment to the CFA or another Government-designated location. Markings must comply with MIL-STD-130, packaging with MIL-STD-2073, and a one-year warranty after delivery applies, with defect claims due 45 days after discovery.
