The Navy is soliciting repair, testing, and inspection of two Control Panel Assemblies (NIIN 015911505, P/N 07440115-2) to Ready for Issue condition. The required repair turnaround time is 130 days after receipt of asset, induction is authorized only through 365 days after contract award, and a 12-month warranty applies with defects to be reported within 60 days of discovery. The items require Government source approval before award; non-approved offerors must submit the NAVSUP WSS source approval brochure information with their proposal, and if a firm-fixed price cannot be determined, the PCO must be informed. Repairs are to be performed at the approved repair source/facility, with ATEC/Astronics locations listed in Stafford, TX and Irvine, CA, and the contractor must supply all parts and materials unless Government-furnished. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and calibration quality systems, and early or incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred.
