Performance will occur at Raytheon Technical Services in Indianapolis, Indiana (CAGE 072E5). A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 60 days of discovery.

NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Vertex Modernization for the repair of four solid state laser units (NSN 7R-5860-014565831-EY, P/N RLG0107-01). Vertex is the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source, as the government does not own the data or rights needed for alternative sourcing. The Source Approval Statement applies, and any firm not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request; this procurement will not wait for approval. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations for consideration, and the solicitation will be posted on NECO. This procurement is not a total small business set-aside, uses FAR Part 15 procedures, and includes UID and Buy American requirements.
