The Navy seeks manufacture, test, and inspection of an ALRE non-critical item in accordance with NAWCAD Lakehurst drawing 3890AS001084-01, latest revision, and all referenced specifications. Markings must comply with MIL-STD-130, and if MIL-STD-454 is referenced, the contractor must show compliance with IPC/EIAJ-STD-001C. The contractor is responsible for providing all fixtures, jigs, dies, patterns, mylars, special tooling, test equipment, and other manufacturing aids needed for production and testing. Packaging applies per MIL-STD-2073, and early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. A 12-month warranty applies, with defects to be reported within 60 days after discovery.
