This is a solicitation for the repair of one Antenna Assembly (PN: C1001A9001-5) to a Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must perform all repairs at the specified facility of Northrop Grumman Systems Corp at 925 S Oyster Bay Road, Bethpage, NY 11714-3582. The contract requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 365 days after receipt of the asset, with an induction expiration date of 365 days after contract award. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment, as no Government Furnished Property will be provided.

This is a sole-source solicitation for a flight-critical part that requires existing Government source approval prior to contract award. The Government intends to negotiate with only the previously approved source(s), as the technical data and manufacturing knowledge are not economically available to support full and open competition. Unapproved sources may submit a proposal but must include detailed source approval information from the specified NAVSUP WSS brochures. Proposals from unapproved sources will be considered if received within 45 days of the synopsis publication. The Government will consider all information received to determine if a future competitive procurement is possible.
