This is a synopsis for the repair of two MH-60R helicopter circuit card assemblies for the country of Kuwait, with performance managed by NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia. The Government intends to solicit only one source, Textron Systems, under statutory authority. While this is not a request for competitive proposals, the Government will consider all proposals received within 5 days after the publication of the solicitation notice. Source Approval is required, and award will not be delayed pending the approval of a new source.
