This is a synopsis for the repair of one MH-60R Helicopter Adapter Assembly for Kuwait. The Government intends to solicit only one source, Textron Systems, under an exception to full competition. However, all proposals received within 5 days of the solicitation publication will be considered. Source Approval is required, and award will not be delayed pending the approval of a new source.
