This is a synopsis for the repair of one Circuit Card Assembly for an MH-60R helicopter for the country of Kuwait. The Government intends to solicit only one source, Textron Systems, under an exception to full competition, but will consider proposals from other sources received within 5 days of the solicitation publication. The work requires providing labor, materials, and facilities to restore the government-owned part to operational condition. Source Approval is mandatory, and award will not be delayed pending the approval of a new source.
