The Government requires 9 EA of a flight-critical item, NSN 7R-1680-016098994-P8, TDP VER 001, with delivery FOB Origin. Government source approval is required prior to contract award, and only previously approved sources have been solicited because the item is flight critical and/or adequate technical data for full and open competition is unavailable. Non-approved sources must submit the information specified in the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure with their proposal; offers missing required data will not be considered. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify interest or submit proposals/capability statements. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at time of award, and certain Free Trade Agreements/WTO GPA clauses may apply.
