The Government intends to acquire a quantity of 2 flight-critical items under NSN 7R-6150-015240935-H1, with delivery FOB Origin. Because the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible data to support full and open competition, only previously approved sources have been solicited and Government source approval is required before award. Non-approved sources must submit with their proposal the information required by the applicable NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure; offers missing required data or proof of prior data submission will not be considered. If source approval cannot be processed in time or approval requirements preclude meeting Government needs, award may proceed based on Fleet support needs. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, but interested parties may identify their commercial-item interest and capability within 15 days of the notice.
