The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, test equipment, and tooling unless government-furnished property is expressly identified, and performance is specified at Rockwell Collins Inc., 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001. Work must comply with MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, configuration management requirements, and an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system with calibration to ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, ISO-10012-1, or an equivalent program. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days after discovery. The SBA reviewed the requirement and determined that no set-aside recommendation was applicable.
