The contractor is responsible for the facility, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling equipment, and quality/calibration systems meeting ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent, unless Government-furnished property is expressly provided. The identified repair source/location is Rockwell Collins Inc., 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001, and repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW. BER, MOI, and OAR determinations require DCMA written concurrence and PCO disposition/authorization before proceeding, and cannibalization is not authorized without specific NAVSUP WSS and BDE approval. A one-year warranty after delivery applies with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery, and the SBA representative determined that a small-business set-aside was not applicable.
