The contractor must provide all necessary facilities, labor, materials, parts, testing, tooling, quality, and configuration management to return the item to Ready for Issue condition, with repairs/upgrades performed at the specified facility. The identified repair source and performance location is KIDDE TECHNOLOGIES INC, 4200 Airport Drive NW, Wilson, NC 27893-9643. Offerors should quote either a firm-fixed price or estimated repair costs; warranty covers supplies for one year after delivery, with defects reported within 45 days of discovery.
