Contractors must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, test and tooling equipment, and are responsible for all manufacturing aids unless Government Furnished Material is expressly provided. Repairs/upgrades must be performed at the identified source/location, Kidde Technologies Inc., 4200 Airport Drive NW, Wilson, NC 27893-9643, with quality system requirements including ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration, configuration management, and MIL-STD packaging/markings. The contractor must quote either a firm-fixed price or estimated repair costs, and any work beyond normal repair scope (e.g., BER, MOI, OAR) requires DCMA/PCO concurrence and is generally not included in the contract price. A one-year warranty after delivery applies.
