This Navy requirement is for repair, overhaul/upgrade, testing, inspection, and return to Ready for Issue condition of Receiver, Coordinate, P/N 597-2377-001, NSN 7RH 5841 016504544 P8, and the SBA set-aside was determined not applicable. Work must follow Rockwell Collins drawing 4V792, P/N 597-2377-001, latest revision, applicable repair manuals/specifications, and MIL-STD-130 markings. The identified repair source/location is Rockwell Collins Inc., 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498-0001, and repairs/upgrades must be performed at the facility identified in the SOW. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, parts, test/tooling equipment, quality system (ISO 9001/SAE AS9100), calibration, configuration management, and storage unless government-furnished material is specifically identified. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery; BER, MOI, and OAR repairs require DCMA/PCO coordination and may be outside or subject to equitable adjustment from the contract price.
