The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award and may be extended by another 365 days, for a total of two years; separate second-year pricing is requested if prices change after the first year. The contractor must provide all facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling equipment unless Government Furnished, and must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system and acceptable calibration system. Beyond Economical Repair items are those whose repair cost exceeds 75% of the replacement price, and BER/OAR/MOI determinations require DCMA/PCO concurrence and may be excluded from or equitably adjusted under the contract.
