This notice is for a sole-source acquisition of 51 units of NSN 1R-5995-016915735-V2, an item requiring source control and Government source approval due to flight-critical application and lack of technical data rights. Only sources already approved by the Government have been solicited; new sources must submit the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal, and failure to do so will preclude consideration. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1, but all responsible sources may express interest or submit capability statements.
