The Navy requires repair/upgrade of four units of NSN 1680-01-658-6528, Fuel Quantity Probe P/N 30300-0301, per Simmonds Precision Products drawing 89305 and applicable manuals, with contractor-furnished facilities, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment. Repairs must be performed at the specified source/facility: Simmonds Precision Products, 100 Panton Rd, Vergennes, VT 05491-1008, with inspection on contractor equipment. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award, extendable by another 365 days for a total of two years, and unused first-year slots may carry over to the second year. The contractor must propose option pricing for up to 10 units over the entire contract period including the initial quantity, with separate second-year pricing if pricing changes after the first 365 days. The Government may place the initial order for any number up to the specified maximum; a one-year warranty after delivery applies, and contractor quality, calibration, configuration management, marking, packaging, and storage requirements also apply.

Only sources previously approved by the Government have been solicited; new sources must submit detailed technical data per the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure to be considered. Offers that fail to provide all required source approval documentation will not be considered for award.
