The contractor must propose option pricing for up to 10 total units over the entire contract period, including the initial quantity, and provide separate second-year pricing if prices change after the first 365 days. Repair/upgrade work must be performed at the designated repair source/facility identified as Simmonds Precision Products, 100 Panton Rd, Vergennes, VT 05491. The contractor is responsible for facilities, labor, materials, parts, test/tooling, quality systems such as ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, configuration management, and SOW compliance, except for any Government-furnished property.
