The Navy requires repair/overhaul, upgrade, testing, and inspection of NRP, CCA, SUPPLY, POWE components (P/N 7R 1680-016460636) to return them to Ready for Issue condition, with contractor responsibility for labor, parts, materials, tooling, test equipment, and quality/configuration management. Work is to be performed at the contractor’s facility, with the repair source/location identified as Simmonds Precision Products DBA Goodrich Fuel & Utility Systems, 100 Panton Rd., Vergennes, VT 05491. The contractor must comply with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, MIL-I-45208A/MIL-Q-9858 or equivalent, calibration standards, and maintain inspection records for at least 12 months after acceptance. Repairs must follow approved drawings, specifications, and manuals—Government manuals/drawings will not be provided—with special handling for Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, Over and Above Repair, and nonconforming material; cannibalization is not authorized unless specifically approved. A one-year warranty after delivery applies, defects must be reported within 45 days after discovery, and the Government may randomly select completed CLINs quarterly for repair assessment testing.

This requirement is for 13 units of NSN 7R-1680-016460636-V2, with delivery FOB origin. The item is flight critical and requires Government source approval prior to award, meaning only previously approved sources have been solicited. New sources must submit the detailed information specified in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochures, or they will not be considered. The approved source retains essential data rights and manufacturing knowledge that are not economically available to the Government. This acquisition is not being conducted under FAR Part 12 commercial item procedures.
