16--4-CHANNEL INTEGRATE, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a repair and overhaul contract for 4-Channel Integrate items (NSN 1680-01-581-7820) to return them to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition. Performance will take place at the contractor’s facility in Liverpool, NY (Lockheed Martin), with inspection and acceptance at the source. The contractor must supply all parts and materials, follow MIL-STD-130 marking and the latest applicable repair publications, and maintain a quality system compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100. Government approval is required for any repair deviations, procedural changes, or changes to the repair source or facility. Contractors must also handle potential Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and Over and Above Repair (OAR) determinations, which require DCMA concurrence and PCO authorization.
