59--CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB - AND OTHER REPLACEMENT PARTS, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This contract covers repair, overhaul, and testing of Digital Modules and Local Oscillators to return them to Ready for Issue condition. Performance must occur at the facility identified in the SOW: Lockheed Martin Division MST at 497 Electronics Pkwy Bldg 5, Liverpool, NY 13088. The contractor is responsible for all facilities, labor, materials, parts, and test equipment, and must comply with requirements such as MIL-STD-130 marking, SAE-AS22759 wire substitution, and ISO 9001/AS9100 quality systems. Special procedures apply for Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above repairs, requiring DCMA and PCO coordination.
