16--5-CHANNEL INTEGRATE, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This is a Navy contract to repair and overhaul a 5-Channel Integrate item (NSN 1680-01-581-7845, P/N 7288302G002) to a Ready for Issue condition per applicable repair manuals. The contractor must supply all facilities, labor, materials, and tooling, with repair work performed at Lockheed Martin, 497 Electronics Pkwy Bldg.5, Liverpool, NY 13088-6062. Key compliance requirements include MIL-STD-130 markings, a ban on MIL-W-81381 wire (SAE-AS22759 used instead), an ISO/AS9100 quality program, a compliant calibration system, and configuration management approval for changes. The contractor is responsible for all parts and materials unless Government-furnished, and items beyond economical repair (cost exceeding 75% of replacement price) or with missing shop replaceable assemblies require DCMA/PCO coordination and are excluded from the contract price. Government repair assessment testing may be conducted on randomly selected completed units.
