16--EXCITER,CTRL SCB,AI, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF
This contract requires the repair, testing, and inspection of Exciter, Ctrl SCB, AI items (NSN 1680 015613369, P/N 7287474G1) to return them to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition per applicable repair technical publications and MIL-STD-130 markings. The contractor is responsible for all parts, materials, tooling, and test equipment, and must maintain quality management systems compliant with ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 and calibration standards such as ANSI/NCSL Z540.3. Performance of repairs is specified at Lockheed Martin MST, 5 Electronics Pkwy Bldg 5, Liverpool, NY 13088-6062 (Cage 03538), with inspection on the contractor's equipment. The contract includes provisions for Beyond Economical Repair (BER), Missing on Induction (MOI), and Over and Above Repair (OAR) determinations requiring DCMA concurrence and PCO disposition instructions, plus potential random repair assessment testing of accepted items.
