NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to award a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin for repair of a Radar Set Subassembly (P/N 7288306G002; NIIN 016102263). Lockheed Martin is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and only known source, no drawings/data are available, and the Government does not own the data or rights needed to source the part elsewhere. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, but any non-approved firm must submit a Source Approval Request, and the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. The contract duration will be 1 year, with UID requirements and Buy American clauses applying; the acquisition will use FAR Part 15 procedures and is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
