This Navy requirement is for repair, upgrade, overhaul, testing, and inspection of the IEP MODULE (P/N 3144554-301; NSN 1680-01-611-7388) in accordance with OEM technical drawings, returning units to Ready for Issue condition. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, parts, test equipment, tooling, and facilities unless Government Furnished Material is specifically identified, with repairs/upgrades performed at the facility identified in the SOW: L3 Harris Technologies Inc., 2400 Palm Bay Rd, Palm Bay, FL 32905-3377. Quality requirements include ISO 9001/SAE AS9100, calibration to ANSI/NCSL Z540.3 or equivalent, configuration management, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. A 12-month warranty applies to noncomplex supplies, with defects to be reported within 60 days after discovery. Beyond Economical Repair, Missing on Induction, and Over and Above Repair items require DCMA/PCO concurrence and are not included in the contract price unless authorized.
