This Navy requirement is for repair of two PEDESTAL ASSEMBLY,A units (NSN 1680-01-561-2491 / P/N 123SCAB101-301) to Ready for Issue condition per the SOW and technical publications. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, and test/tooling, with repair performance identified at NGC, 2000 W NASA Blvd, Melbourne, FL 32904, unless otherwise authorized. A Firm Fixed Price is contemplated, and if an FFP cannot be determined, the PCO must be informed. Required repair turnaround time is 400 days after receipt of asset, induction expires 365 days after contract award, and warranty coverage is 12 months with defect discovery within 60 days. Contractors must maintain an ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality system and calibrated program, use MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and comply with CAV reporting and DCMA/PCO approval requirements for BER, MOI, and OAR items.

The government intends to solicit and negotiate for a pedestal assembly, part number 123SCAB101-301 (NIIN 015612491), with a quantity of 2 each and delivery FOB origin. Responsible sources may submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements to identify their interest and capability. Responses will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and the government retains discretion not to compete based on the responses received.
