The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 for two electronic panels, NSN 7R-1660-012718762-EL, part number 123AV54602-3, delivered FOB origin. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Any responses received may be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete based on responses is solely within the Government’s discretion.
