The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for one Coolant Pump Assembly, P/N 2780826-1-1, quantity 1 EA, delivered FOB Origin. Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and any decision not to compete based on responses is solely within the Government’s discretion. Information received will normally be used only to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
