Responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and any responses will normally be used solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government retains sole discretion on whether to compete the requirement based on responses received.
